Booking System
Standard class

Add a class with a fixed start and end date, i.e. 6 weeks starting Saturday 5th at 11am and every Saturday for 6 weeks.

Rolling class

This allows a class to be run on an ongoing basis, i.e. every Saturday at 10am for 1 hour. You set the number of places available and the number of weeks you want customer to book, unlike standard classes there is no official start or end date.

Scheduled weekly class

A booking type allowing weekly classes, and a per week price. The classes are set-up with a set number of weeks, but customers can book 1 week or up to the max weeks set.

Scheduled event of one or more days

Ideal for creating an event running for a day or few days. This booking type can also be used for One to One sessions, you can set an hour or two hours (as opposed to a whole day).

One to one session

Can set-up dates and time slots when want to take this type of booking, i.e. set 1-2-1s to be booked at 11am Mondays and 4pm Thursdays.

Shared calendar

Create multiple product/services with same timeslots, when one services is booked, the timeslot becomes unavailable on the other products/services. Set staff available dates and times, i.e. available 9.00am to 15.00pm and allow bookings for any time within the available timeslot.

Scheduled multi day event of two or more days

Ideal for creating an event running for Two or more days, can also be used for 121 sessions, when asking customers to book 2 or more days at a time.

Multi day one to one session

Allow customers to book multiple sessions / days, on different days, i.e. Mondays / Wednesdays and Fridays, Pre plan days and times you are available and advertise these on the website. Days and times are the same each week, great if you know your availability is the same each week. Set the number of days customers have to book, i.e. 3 sessions (3 session package).

Rolling class with multi day selection

The same as rolling classes (type 5), but allows customers to book different days, traditionally rolling classes would be on a set day, i.e. every Saturday, this options allows you to have a rolling class on a Monday, Saturday and Friday, as an example and customers can pick any of those days available. Within this, option you still specify the number of weeks a client buys up front.

Scheduled multi day event with attendance options

This allows you to set-up an event or course over multiple days and set the prices for each day, customers can choose to come all days or only certain days. In addition you can add options such as being a dog handler, or a spectator only.

Online Course Access

Grant access to one or more online courses to customers who are attending face to face classes, choose to revoke access when the face to face class finishes or leave access enabled indefinitely.

One to one sessions with custom timeslot durations

This booking type is designed to allow customers to book any number of 1-2-1 sessions of the duration of their choosing (minimum 60 minutes) from a range of available times, with the system indicating which timeslots have already been reserved to make it easier for customers to find a regular timeslot that suits them and is likely to be available over the forthcoming weeks or months. Start/end dates can be assigned to each timeslot range so that 1-2-1 sessions can be scheduled to run only at certain times of the year. Once customers add a booking to their basket, the selected timeslots will be reserved for 30 minutes and are automatically released to other customers if the 30 minute reservation period expires and the customer has not completed their order by that time.


Other Products Features
Text and email reminders on booking types

Send automated text and email reminders to customers at specific schedules, i.e. 7 days before a class starts.

Call Back form

Turn off the buy or book button and replace with a form that can be completed by website visitors. Useful to provide details of a service where a discussion is required before booking.

Checkout questions

Add questions to the checkout process to capture specific data from your customers, this could be used to capture dogs details who are attending a puppy training class or similar.

Members only products

Set products as members only and choose which customers can access these products.

Price text field

Add text next to a price, originally designed for a customer to be able to have a price with from in front of the price as the product had options and the lowest price was £100, i.e. from £100.

Customer Portals

Create portals and grant access for specific customers to the portals, each portal can have its own name and you can categorise files and videos within the portal.

Click & collect

Enable click and collect so when customers are purchasing products, they can choose to collect the item instead of having it delivered.

Manage postage settings

Enable postage across all products as well as the capability to have postage off for others products or services.

Manage VAT

VAT can be turned on globally so it applies to every product, in addition, VAT can be switched off for individual products should VAT be not applicable.

Create attribute tabs

Add attribute tabs to products to show additional information, such as technical data, videos. Attribute tabs are a great way to organize content into sections for your website visitors.

Related products

Add related or similar products to the product page and the basket, this is a great way to upsell additional products or services that are either similar or relate to the products someone is viewing or purchasing.

Product search

Auto complete search displays products or services as you type, the more characters you type, the search results are narrowed down to be more specific.

Cost price

Add and store a cost price of you item in the admin area.

RRP | sale price

Display an RRP Price and selling price, i.e. RRP: £50, selling price £35

Categories

Add categories and sub categories. Products can be added to multiple categories to avoid duplication of products.

Pages

Set-up information based pages which are separate from categories or products, these types of pages are usually things like an about us page, terms or similar.

Sales pages

Sales pages or often known as landing pages are pages that are usually dedicated to one topic, product or service, they have clear call to actions and the ability to hide the website menu to avoid disctraction form the information, product or service being sold.

Hidden categories

YHide categories from the website, allowing you to put products or bookable services into a category that isn’t visible to the public. Share the product (URL) address with specific customers to book services or buy products.


Taking Payments
Stripe integration

Using Stripe as a secure payment gateway you and your customers have peace of mind that their data is secure and payments can be processed with ease.

Subscriptions

Sell products or services with subscription payments for repeat purchases.

PayPal integration

Allow customers to pay with PayPal, using either their PayPal funds or by Credit or Debit card.

Customer portal

Allow customers to manage their card details, linked to subscriptions, i.e. update expired cards.

Instalment payments

Allow customers customer paying for a product or service in small portions throughout a fixed period of time.

View order details

Easily view a customer’s order details. You can also print a copy of the order to use as a packing note.

Update order statuses

Telephone orders

Add orders to the system on behalf of customers and update the order to paid if payment is taken outside of the website, or send an email with a link to pay for the order that has been added.

Update order email addresses
