About Hobbs Estates

Hobbs Estates is a family run property company that began trading over 60 years ago. The business currently owns and manages over 500,000sqft of employment space across Essex and Suffolk. Whilst they are primarily landlords, they also manage their own developments and are always looking to invest in new opportunities. https://www.hobbsestates.co.uk/

The website requirement

Hobbs originally came to Upshot Media for a website back in 2011 and have stayed with us ever since. Back in 2021 it was time for a website refresh, update their pages, images, facilities and availability.

As part of the content update, a new clean and more stylish look and feel was created, including an aerial image over the park being added.

The first step was to discuss the new design and layout, making sure that the brand feel was included, key messages and any features or key messages that needed to be prominent were easily seen.

The Hobbs Estates portfolio is often either fully or close to fully occupied, this doesn’t mean they don’t have properties become available so we introduced a waiting list where potential tenants could enquire about new or future availability on the park.
