Our support ranges from assisting you with creating a page or service through to bug fixes should something not be working 100%, it happens from time to time with tech but that’s why we are on hand to manage and perform those fixes for you.

Platform Enhancements

When ‘new’ platform features are developed to enhance your website and your customers experience we will add these to your platform free of charge. If you require bespoke features for your website, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Platform Core Upgrades

All websites are built using code such as PHP, or ASP, from time to time that requires updating to help keep it secure, deprecated (outdated) code is no longer supported. Newer PHP versions are faster. We maintain this for you as part of your monthly subscription.
